Is there anyway to edit a workflow once it has been outputted?

No, sadly -at least not in this iteration.

From a technical standpoint it's feasible. Some of the framework for picking stored actions is already there (seen as a dialog window when adding actions to a process.) All that would have to be written would be some new dialog options and something to load an existing set of actions from a process, part of which already exists as commented debugging code in the applescript of created processes.

When this would actually become available is another question, since I support AIDAB as a side-project and, unfortunately, my free time is highly constrained at the moment. It's certainly on the list of things to be added, it just didn't make it into the cut for this version due to a rapidly approaching deadline for creating our own set of Apple IDs.
